DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A borough in Dauphin County is launching a new initiative aimed at keeping up with potholes and road hazards.

Millersburg has launched an electronic reporting form where residents can easily submit a hazard or pothole.

On Facebook, the borough said the annual budget only allows for limited paving projects, but it wants to do a better job of keeping up with potholes.

Once received, our crew will ensure your hole is filled expeditiously and with care.

The borough said it has a goal to resolve the complaints within 48 hours, but the time frame may be longer depending on the volume of requests, especially as things get underway.

Some holes may require a little more TLC, but rest assured, you’ll be provided with a reason if we’re unable to fill it ourselves.

The borough said, “Pleased with the way our crew handled your hole? We want to hear about it! Use the “Contact Us” button on the Borough website for all other questions, complaints, or compliments!”
