Netflix’s Marco Polo Teaser Trailer: War & Sex

“Worlds will collide,” Netflix touts in the first official teaser for its upcoming drama Marco Polo. To that, we’d also add “fists” and “naked bodies.” There’s just a whole lot of colliding going on.
The series, going live in December, specifically focuses on Marco Polo’s adventures in Kublai Kahn’s court in 13th century China — so, you know, it’s exactly like the game you played in your pool as a kid. (Naked cartwheel alert at the 0:44 mark!)
Italian actor Lorenzo Richelmy stars as the titular explorer, leading a cast that also includes Arrow‘s Chin Han, Hawaii Five-0‘s Rick Yune and Twin Peaks‘ Joan Chen.
