Fans have not been very forgiving of the possibly-on-purpose nip slip and we’re actually kind of curious to see if Instagram ends up pulling the photo.
Yesterday, Kim went back to blonde, which was like SO shocking even though it’s at least the third time … except her eyebrows were still brown and she looked terrible.
Because she punked us! “It’s just a wig! Looks so real though right?” she wrote.
Oh yes. So real. Only most fans weren’t looking at her hair after a second.
In the uncensored (NSFW) photo below, Kim suffers an epic nip slip, although even calling this a nipple slip is a bit of a misnomer, as there was no slippage.
She is topless and there is full-on boob action hanging out there for all.
Is Kim Kardashian actually wearing a sheer top, and therefore not really topless, you ask? If so, there’s no visible neck strap … and it’s sheerer than sheer.

We’ll believe that like we believe Kim is quitting Keeping Up With the Kardashians. This is a girl who spends days picking out filters for Instagram pics.

It begs a number of questions in any case, namely why she feels the need to resort to such shamelessness, and whether Instagram will do anything.

Yes we have yet another interruption…SMH…ITS A SAD DAY WHEN America’s sweetheart Kim Kardashian has announced that she has received the terrifying news that she has been diagnosed with malignant ass cancer.
As you can see in the photo above Kim Kardashian bravely points out the large tumorous mass on the x-ray of her ass. Doctors have told Kim, that though it is one of the largest malignant ass tumors they have encounter, it is not inoperable and they have given Kim good odds of coming through the operation cancer free.
However, Kim has rejected treatment and flatly refused to consider getting her ass tumor removed. Apparently Kim feels life just isn’t worth living if she does not have an abnormally huge ass. Kim’s sister Khloe summed up her sister’s opinion,
“Can you imagine Kim Kardashian being able to eat at ‘Waffle House’ without armed guards keeping the patrons at bay? Kim doesn’t want to live in a world like that, and I wouldn’t either!”
With her ass cancer going untreated doctors give Kim just 3 months to live.
