The court heard the pair did not know each other when they began a “flirty” text exchange on December 24, 2014 after connecting on Tinder.
During the course of the evening’s messaging, Ms Faurschou sent two nudes of herself and Mr Scott promised he would not show anyone.
But the next day the woman felt embarrassed and regretful of sending the photos.
When she messaged the defendant he replied with a number of texts threatening to destroy her reputation.
“He told her he ‘had enough of game-playing sluts’,” court papers show.
“When the complainant asked him not to (share the images online) he advised her that: ‘Unless I get pussy to eat I’m not stopping’.
“He advised her that once she allowed him to do this he would let her delete the photos from his phone.
“He said she had led him on and he will make sure she gets what she deserves.”
The victim contacted Stafford police who said to block Scott from her phone, however he later contacted her on Facebook saying that would not stop him.

“The defendant sent to the complainant a collage of the images she had sent him, her Instagram and Facebook details as well as a list of her Facebook friends.
“The message also contained a threat that he would send the photos to every person on the list if she did not participate in sexual acts with him.”
Judge Robertson noted that Mr Scott had been encouraged to expect “actual sexual contact” because of the naked photos.
The judge described the offence as low level but said it was becoming more prevalent due to the popularity of social media.
He also pointed out that the defendant had a “certain unfortunate immaturity” for a man of his age.
Mr Scott was sentenced to 100 hours’ community service for attempting to procure a sexual act by threat, with no conviction recorded.
He was discharged of the Commonwealth charge of using a carriage service to menace but was issued a six-month good behaviour bond.
