Will those naked pictures of Selena Gomez show off more than her body? That’s what some are saying.

According to some reports, the R-rated pics of Selena that were supposedly hacked from her iCloud account don’t only show off her boobs, but her supposed drug use, too. Uh oh…

“Photos allegedly showing a topless Selena have already hit the Internet, but an insider says those are only a small portion of the intimate information in her cloud,” reports In Touch.

“Selena fears information about her health and drug issues will get out….another leak could finally confirm the truth about her lupus diagnosis and her rehab stint,” a source told them.
