Proof might struggle to survive in crowded summer TV programs and premieres. I’d be rooting for Proof as a series with dark horse potential. I’m not really into shows with life-after-death as the main narrative but Proof deftly balanced the faith with science side of it thanks to assured performance by Jennifer Beals. So far. Too early to judge but if the first five minutes of the opener (with nifty cam work) was anything to go by, we’re in for an intriguing ride. Couple of major pluses: cute as fuck Caroline Rose Kaplan and hot as fuck Annie Thurman. Yummy : )
