Weed dick, schmeed dick: A new study has found that men who smoke cannabis have better and more frequent sex.
Pot aficionados have long been singing the Viagra-like benefits of lighting up, and most studies have shown that it does indeed enhance sex drive. But a comprehensive survey of 500,117 millennials (18 to 34) in the U.S. shows that it also enhances sex life.

SKYN® Condoms, which carried out what is likely the largest survey of its kind, found that 14 percent of people who smoke weed every day reported having sex “several times per day.” Of those who have never smoked, only 5 percent reported having sex multiple times in a day.
Daily cannabis smokers were also found to have had more sexual partners. Thirty-seven percent gave their “number” as 15 or higher, compared with 14 percent of those who have never smoked. So, too, did they have more one-night stands (80 percent compared with 50 percent) and were more likely to have lost their virginity at a younger age.
Of course, the survey only analyzed sex-life quality from the smokers themselves. The downside of stoner sex is that cannabis can be a literal boner-killer. And despite 59 percent of smokers rating their performance as “amazing” or “very good” (compared with 41 percent of nonusers), it’s unclear whether their various partners would give them the same rating.
Regardless, studies have also shown that couples who smoke together, stay together. Or at least are less likely to engage in domestic violence. Cannabis can also enhance intimacy in relationships. So as long as all your organs are working as they should, a bong could be the very best thing to keep within arm’s reach of your bed. You know, other than condoms, of course.
