NOSFERATU Star Nicholas Hoult Has Count Orlok’s Prosthetic Penis Framed in His House
Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu continues to generate buzz as a stellar horror film. Not only it is terrifying, it also comes with some surprises for audiences. One of the biggest shocks for me (well, not really considering the film’s erotic tones) was seeing Count Orlok’s penis. Like, the whole thing in full frontal nudity. I could have gone my entire life without that image seared into my brain. Unfortunately (and hilariously) for Nosferatu star Nicholas Hoult, Bill Skarsgård’s Count Orlok prosthetic penis is the parting gift given to him by Robert Eggers that he now has framed in his house.
According to Entertainment WeeklyOpens in a new tab, Hoult revealed this news in an Elle Magazine interview to his co-star Lily-Rose Depp. “I have Count Orlok’s prosthetic penis framed at home,” he said. “There’s a scene where Bill Skarsgård is slurping my blood and Robert Eggers asked, ‘How was that for you?’ … And I said, ‘I could feel his prosthetic penis on my leg.’”
