Controversial Gown of Miss Bohol Sandugo 2013
A collective gasp and then a momentary silence greeted the entrance of Miss Alicia during the Evening Gown Competition of the 2013 Miss Bohol Sandugo Pageant

You see, she wore one of the newest trends in evening gown design.
The so- called ” Flash Your Knickers or Grandma’s Panties” gown is designed like a leotard wrapped with a skirt overlay.

MISS NORTH CAROLINA
During the 2013 Miss North Carolina wore a similar gown too . Too bad that her very awkward presentation skills made her look trashy and most probably the reason why she didn’t advance to the Top Five

MISS ALICIA’S EVENING GOWN PRESENTATION

Personally, I am among the undecided as to what I think of the gown.

It was Miss Alicia’s classy and very confident way of carrying the gown that saved it from being a fashion faux pas. She was such a diva onstage and she just lit up the entire stage with her beaming smile
Lucky her that the judges looked beyond the gown and went for the presentation and overall impression
