The actor was arrested in Los Angeles after her boyfriend called the police during a verbal argument.
The boyfriend had marks on his body when the police arrived.
Avgeropoulos was later released from jail on $50,000 bond after her boyfriend bailed her out.
Her boyfriend begged the officers not to haul his girlfriend off to jail and does not plan on pressing charges.
He didn’t expect the cops to arrest her.
She had recently started taking new medication and was drinking wine during dinner that evening.
The combination of the new meds and alcohol apparently resulted in the argument.
