- The couple admittedly did not use protection during the sex acts in question

A woman is seeking $1 million from GEICO after she as involved in an incident with another gentleman whose vehicle was covered by the insurance provider.
She’s suing GEICO because she hooked up with a dude in the backseat of his 2014 Hyundai Genesis, and got HPV as a result! Even though they didn’t use protection, she still feels GEICO owes her a payout because this guy has a policy with them.
Yeah, we don’t think that’s going to fly.
GEICO filed a counter lawsuit to get the entire case dismissed per Reason.com, adding that their car insurance only covers injuries that happen “out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of” the car.
This situation doesn’t sound like it fits into that category, though the judge has yet to make a ruling.
