Wholesale retailer Costco has hit back at claims that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs bulk bought baby oil from them.

TMZ has now reported that Costco informed them that ‘none of the company’s US locations carry baby oil’, seemingly putting paid to Agnifilo’s claims that this was where Combs sourced the oil… Oops.

A lot has come out since the rapper was arrested at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan, New York, 10 days ago (September 16), but this has to be the strangest thing after he was indicted by a grand jury.

The 54-year-old was charged with racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion – charges of which he has pleaded not guilty.

His attorney Marc Agnifilo remains adamant that the decision to arrest and charge Combs is ‘unjust’, telling media his client is ‘not a criminal’ and ‘looks forward to clearing his name in court’.

The hip-hop mogul’s homes in Los Angeles, California, and Miami, Florida, were subject to raids by Homeland Security back in March ‘as part of an ongoing investigation’.

Now, Agnifilo has explained to the New York Post why federal prosecutors leaked that 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube was discovered during the raids.

“I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know,” he said.

“And you know these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do, you know, we can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was there would be no more people.”

Speaking to the publication on Saturday outside the Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, where the rap mogul is currently being held as he awaits trial, he went on to clarify the ‘freak off’ sex parties that Combs allegedly held.

Several of the allegations in the 14-page indictment are linked to these parties.

The lawyer added: “Back when I was a kid in the late ’70s, they were called threesomes.”

According to prosecutors, Combs would allegedly threaten, coerce and even abuse women ‘to fulfil his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct’.

Diddy could face 15 years behind bars if found guilty of all the charges he’s facing.
