Hacked Nudes Are Leaking Onto The Internet feat. J-Law, Ariana Grande, Lea Michelle and more

An avalanche of celebrity photos claiming to show stars such as Jennifer Lawrence, Ariana Grande , Victoria Justice, Kristen Ritter, Hope Solo, Brie Larson and others, both naked and nearly naked, began leaking onto Reddit today.

A hacker on 4chan has begun releasing celebrity nudes featuring Jennifer Lawrence, Lea Michele, Ariana Grande, Kirsten Dunst and more. What began as a threat to post the images earlier this week on 4chan looks to have begun being carried out, with images of J-Law, Lea Michele and Kirstin Dunst already appearing on 4chan and reddit (the internet is going crazy obviously).

It has been alleged by one twitter user (@Callux) that TMZ is behind the leak — his account has since been suspended.

Cult horror actor Mary Winstead has already confirmed via twitter that the images posted of her are real, and that the hacker must have gone to “creepy effort” to find them, since she’d taken them years ago with her husband but had since deleted them from her computer.

When Complex reached out to J-Law’s camp, they reportedly said, “This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence.”

According to BuzzFeed, “The pictures allegedly were retrieved due to an iCloud leak that allowed celebrities’ phones to be hacked, and were posted on 4chan in an attempt to earn bitcoins.”

The hacker claims to have a lot more NSFW images and videos, which he’s promising to post soon. Here’s hoping they catch the loser before he can.

A spokesperson for Jennifer Lawrence released a statement to confirm the pictures’ authenticity.

“This is a flagrant violation of privacy,” they said in an email. “The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence.”

A spokesman for Ariana Grande denied the photos’ authenticity.

“The photos are completely fake,” he said to BuzzFeed in an email.

In a tweet, Victoria Justice denied that the pictures purporting to be of her were authentic.

The pictures allegedly were retrieved due to an Apple iCloud leak that allowed celebrities’ phones to be hacked, and were posted on 4chan in an attempt to earn bitcoins.

The hacker on 4chan is also claiming to have explicit videos of Lawrence, and claims to have over 60 nude selfies of the Oscar-winning actress.

Not all of the pictures are nude — included among them are selfies of the starlet in bathing suits.

The 4chan user seemingly responsible for the hack also shared two images of his desktop, with rows of photos and movies yet to be released.

A master list purporting to be of all of the celebrities who were hacked began to make the rounds online, listing the names of dozens of female stars such as Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, and Mary-Kate Olsen.

Reddit users on Monday claimed to have learned the identity of the leaker and circulated these images of Bryan Hamade, a 27-year-old from Georgia. Hamade vehemently denied being the leaker …

“I am not behind this. It was so stupid — I saw a lot of people posting the actual leaks and bitcoin addresses and I’ve read a lot about bitcoin and how they’re are valuable and I thought, oh cool I’ll get free bitcoins,” Hamade told us.

“I am just an idiot who tried to pull one over on 4chan and lost big time and stupidly left this identifying information. They took my proof and back traced it — it isn’t remotely true. I am not a hacker. I have no idea how the hell someone could hack into all those accounts,” he said.

A man was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2012 after hacking into Scarlett Johansson’s and Mila Kunis’s private online accounts and posting their photos online.

Actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead, who had six nude photos leak, took to Twitter to comment on the hack.
