SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The group known as “Free the Nipple” is suing the City of Springfield for allegations of discrimination.
The lawsuit focuses on the “double standards, hypocrisies, and sexualization of the female upper body that underlie government efforts to censor female breasts.”
