After an investigation into the matter, the school found Viotti had engaged in sexual misconduct with at least five students, during the time she was employed – from 2013 to 2019.
It also found that video or photographs were taken, but itβs unclear who they were sent to, and that Viotti breached the school’s code of conduct for teachers.
According to Pearson’s statement, Viotti’s lawyers said she would cooperate with the investigation, but then later refused to provide a statement or be interviewed.

Booth also worked to take down a video that had made its way to a pornographic website.
Pearson says the school is cooperating with the appropriate authorities and the parents of affected students have been notified.
“As a school, we are deeply saddened by these events and remain committed to ensuring the mental health and wellbeing of those affected,β Pearson said.
