I found this 9 minute behind-the-scenes featurette about “Scavenger Killers” (2013). There some excellent full nudity, albeit they’re being hanged and chopped with a chainsaw (not really, but you see the set-up for the scene, including taking off their robes. Starts at 3:45 when wardrobe has to take one of the girls panties off).
