Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden was left laughing with embarrassment after making an awkward slip-up during her live radio show on Wednesday
Amanda Holden was left red-faced after making an awkward slip-up on Heart Breakfast.
The Britain’s Got Talent star, 49, revealed she has “sex on the brain”, not once, but twice, during her live morning radio show.
During the show, Amanda touched on a recent article written about her on how to keep yourself busy during the third UK lockdown.
Live on air, she said: “There’s this amazing article in one of the newspapers today which is calling it a lockdown challenge.”

The presenter then slipped up as she went on to add “the next sex weeks” instead of saying six weeks and burst into giggles as she made the mistake a second time.
“So it’s thinking about what you can do to challenge yourself over the next sex”, she said, before laughing and correcting herself: “Sex? Sex weeks, that’s probably not one of the things.”
She later posted the video on Instagram, writing: “Blimey I’ve clearly got it on the brain.. #lockdownlife ❤️ @thisisheart.”
Plenty of Amanda’s celebrity pals, including Olly Murs and Love Island’s Lucie Donlan, left rows of laughing faces underneath the video clip.
One fan laughed: “Hahahaha! Someone’s either not getting enough or too much.”
While another commented: “Sex weeks sounds fun tho.”
Amanda’s fans love her for being so open and honest about many things.
She often shares raunchy snaps of herself on Instagram, including a recent one where she toasted to the New Year while posing topless in just her bikinis bottoms while in the hot tub.
