Lena Dunham: Let me tell you this, when someone puts their face in your butt, whether there’s a barrier or not, their face is still in your butt. And she handled that with aplomb.

Yup, it was a freaking hot scene with Allison. Beautifully shot butt-motorboat/rim-job only to be ruined and let down by a clothed Allison.

The lack of spontaneity becomes a distraction and prevents you from fully enjoying the scene. Lena made a huge mistake caving in to Judd when they cast Allison. She should have stood firm on nudity requirement.

Perfect as she is as Marnie, Allison wouldn’t have walked away if Lena and Judd insisted she needs to get naked on-cam to fully capture the character’s trait and essence.
