Mischa Barton thought she was simply going to enjoy a Friday night out in Hollywood. But while attending a special screening of Bhoptal: A Prayer for Rain, the actress had a little bit of a wardrobe malfunction.
While sitting down in her reserved seat, the 29-year-old’s plunging white top just so happened to reveal she wasn’t wearing a bra. What came next was a full-on nip slip! Can we all say oops?

But before your eyes glance over at The OC alumna’s top, perhaps you should take a look at Martin Sheen.

Fashion aside, both Barton and Sheen star in the big-screen history drama that travels back to 1984 when the Bhopal tragedy occurred in India. The film explores the interwoven stories of people in both India and the United States in the months leading up to one of the world’s biggest industrial disasters.
Barton’s night out comes just days after we confirmed the actress opted to sue her mother for breach of oral contract, fraudulent misrepresentation and other causes of actions.
According to court documents, Barton is seeking “recovery of what her own mother stole from her and to be able to proceed with her career free of the meddling that [mother] Nuala continues to engage and in damages she continues to cause.” Both parties have not responded to our request for comment.
